Return Eligibility :
We offer a 5-day easy return policy from the date of delivery.
You can request a return or replacement if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue at the time of opening.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
You contact us within 5 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp support.
Refund Process :
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer after return verification.
Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.
Return Shipping Cost :
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Lexicart will cover the full shipping cost and provide a free replacement or full refund.
If the product is returned for any other valid reason (and approved by our team), a deduction of ₹150 will apply to cover two-way shipping charges.
Exchange Policy :
We currently offer replacements only for damaged or defective items.
If you wish to purchase a different product, please place a new order once your return is processed.
